AG360 is an agricultural operating system for grain and livestock farms — one platform covering grain marketing, inventory, agronomy, equipment, finance and labour, instead of the six disconnected tools most operations run today. Built by a Saskatchewan grain farmer, AG360 handles the work a farm actually does: grain contracts and delivery tracking with live bin inventory and reconciliation, field mapping and boundaries, scouting and crop records, variable-rate prescriptions, equipment maintenance and service history, work orders and safety inspections, time tracking and payroll, and full double-entry accounting with GST, crop insurance and government program reporting built for Canadian farms. Lily, the built-in AI assistant, works across more than 180 tools — ask for a grain position, log a load, build a prescription or draft a report in plain language, by text or voice. The iOS and Android apps work in the field and sync when signal returns, so loads, tickets, receipts and hours are captured where the work happens rather than retyped at the desk. AG360 connects to the equipment and systems farms already run, including John Deere Operations Center, Case IH, Horsch, grain cart scales, weather stations, bin sensors and QuickBooks Online. Multi-farm operations can run separate locations under one organization, with data kept properly separated and rolled up where it should be.
