Afluai is a CRM with AI-powered customer service on WhatsApp and Instagram. It brings every conversation into a single inbox and organizes the sales pipeline, contacts, product catalog and reports. The AI agent answers on its own, qualifies the customer and hands the conversation over to a person on the team when the situation calls for it. The pipeline follows each company's own process, and businesses with several stores keep data, catalog and knowledge base separate for each unit. It includes a delivery module for managing couriers and routes. Implementation is done together with the customer's team until the operation is running.
