Fideneo is a management software designed for the beauty industry: beauty salons, nail bars, hair salons, spas and wellness centres. Its premise is to replace the three tools most salons juggle today, a calendar, a paper client file and a spreadsheet, with a single one. On the booking side, each salon gets an online booking page under its own name, open around the clock, with no directory and no marketplace, so clients never see a competitor listed next to it. Duration and price are set per treatment, the calendar is shared across practitioners, and an automatic email reminder goes out before every appointment to cut no-shows. A secure deposit link protects longer bookings. On the client side, the record centralises treatment history, products used, preferences, contraindications and before/after photos watermarked with the salon's name. That continuity is what lets a practitioner pick a treatment back up exactly where it stopped, and what makes an access or deletion request under GDPR straightforward to answer. The software also covers stock management with low-stock alerts, a tiered loyalty programme that runs on its own, segmented email campaigns, tracking of sales, deposits and gift cards, and a revenue dashboard. Pricing is public: 29.99 € per month for a single practitioner, 79.99 € for up to four, 189.99 € for up to ten, with around 20% off on annual billing. No lock-in contract and no commission on appointments. Fideneo is published by Aetherio, a French company, and serves the French market.
