Employees record start, end, breaks and travel time on their phone; staff without a phone are recorded weekly by the owner. The owner sees missing days and rest-period or maximum-hours issues while they can still be corrected, and gets a warning if an hourly wage falls below the statutory minimum wage. At month end the owner closes the month: a PDF for the records and a payroll file in exactly the format the payroll office specifies (columns, separators, character set, date format).
