Best Open Source IDE with great user friendly layout

Being SDET, I need to a reliable JAVA IDE which have capability to integrate open source plugins like Cucumber, Gherkin, TestNG and many others plugin like Silk4J. Eclipse have great flexibility to do everything thats make make me fall in love with Eclipse. Even Eclipse great community and support which helps you to get solution and many ideas. Its easy to use , migrate it and we use this tool on Daily basis.
