Linkubit is an AI salesperson for WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Messenger, built for small and mid-sized businesses in India. When a customer writes, the AI answers within a minute, asks the qualifying questions the business has set, quotes prices only from the business's own catalogue, and hands the team a priced deal on a pipeline. A customer who says yes can pay by UPI or card inside the chat, into the business's own account.
Rules are enforced in code rather than in a prompt: a gate checks every action the AI takes and every message before it is sent, and a verifier reads each reply against what the AI actually looked up. A conversation that needs a person (a discount, a complaint, a topic the business named) is handed over with the whole thread.
Around the AI: a shared team inbox, WhatsApp and email campaigns, follow-ups, lead scoring, click-to-WhatsApp and Google Ads with attribution from the ad to the closed deal, and Hindi and voice-note support.
Linkubit connects the business's own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup; Meta bills messages directly at its own rate and Linkubit adds nothing to it. Plans: Free, Starter ₹499, Pro ₹999 and Scale ₹2,499 a month, with a 14-day Pro trial and no card.
