Zuse is building the transparent hiring network for veterinary care, matching vets, techs and practice staff with the practices closest to them. We started with a plain problem: a practice that needs a vet or a technician has two options, a free job ad that brings an unverified list, or a recruiter who takes up to a quarter of the first year’s pay. Nothing in between. So we built the record first. Zuse reads public license records from state boards and puts every licensed vet and technician on a map, each license checked against the board’s own record. Practices use Zuse Hire to see who is licensed near them, check them in a click, and reach out directly, at a fraction of what a job ad costs. Vets, techs and practice staff use Zuse Talent, free, to claim their record, choose what practices can see, and find work nearby. There’s no resume, and anyone can opt out.
