Overall, the tool has been really useful for Support in several areas: reporting and spotting trends, auditing documentation against real tickets, running RCA on outages and bugs, validating product behavior and logic, and answering broader account-level questions that would otherwise require manual data analysis. I also love being able to use it directly within Slack.
