ActCAD Professional supports all versions of DWG and DXF formats. With a good selection of plugins ActCAD can convert raster images to Vector a and supports PDF 2D import-export as well as export to 3D PDF. For all that to be complete, ActCAD made sure you also had the option of 3D Render with Artisan. It works pretty well and doesn't cost me my first born. Have not used the application very much recently and so I have little to contribute here except to say it has improved (i.e., I don't recall being ticked off with the application the last time I used it).
