I appreciate that Accur8 TMS is very customizable, allowing me to make it look and work the way I need it. It's easier for me to track key info that I need every day and with the possibility of making additional profiles, I can navigate covered, invoiced, ready loads, etc. I also like their support team because they're amazing, always available to chat, and can jump on a Google Meet instantly, without needing to submit tickets or wait a whole day or week to get issues resolved.

I love how user-friendly Accur8 TMS is. From the first login, it's easy to navigate and find any information with just a few clicks. It feels like having an assistant from the get-go. The practical, elegantly simple, and flowing design makes it feel logical and professional. Everything is connected, which strengthens communication within the company, and no department feels isolated. It improves my efficiency by having everything readily accessible in one place, allowing me to focus on tasks at hand. Setup was extremely easy, and the program is great in that all you may need is visible and logical. I also appreciate the amazing support and tech team that quickly resolves any issues. I've already recommended it and will continue to do so.

I mainly use Accur8 TMS for work, like adding loads, sending RCs, and following updates from my colleagues. It creates a good work environment and makes it easy for us to be punctual and reliable. It's good all around and helps with the workflow with multiple features that are user-friendly and applicable in everyday use. Sending documents is easy, and I can stay up to date with all new features and updates. The program is pretty adaptable to all issues and is an all-around good program. I find it fully developed to be a standalone program that covers all bases. We switched from PCS and never looked back because Accur8 TMS does everything PCS did, but better. The initial setup was user-friendly and easy to learn, not taking a lot of time to get used to since it was similar to the original TMS we were using before.
