I love how accurate it is. They have confidence scoring system where the tool shows when it’s unsure, but even then it’s 99.99% accurate

The tool is really easy to use—just create an account, go to the dashboard, and drag and drop a proposal, LOI, or lease document to get results quickly and accurately. I haven't found another lease analysis tool that is this modern, hands-free, and gives me time back in my day.

I love how quickly it analyzes the economics of deals based solely on uploading paperwork. It's painless and way faster than manually inputting data into a financial model.
