The product saves us a lot of time in finding, logging, and tracking accessibility issues. It has a great design and is always improving and adding new features. We find it very intuitive and easy to use.

We find the "tips & tricks" section for each error to be very helpful for our designers and developers.

Uses industry standard automated tests and presents the results inn an easy to understand GUI. But is also very clear about the need to manual test your site and provides robust tools to perfom manual testing conducted by experts and novices. I have also found this tool to be considerably cheaper than comparable tools and I like that for non-enterprise customers the prices are public for any one to see on their web page.
