The biggest value is how everything is connected - controls, risks, evidence, assets. Once you upload something, it’s not just stored, it’s actually mapped properly across frameworks. The dashboards help a lot during internal reviews and board updates. Also the AI engine – Secura , is super helpful and saves my team a lot of time for analysing gaps for ISO 27001 controls.

The applicability of our policies and processes across multiple frameworks is impressive and, overall, very useful. The ease of uploading artifacts and evidence into Controllo is also quite noteworthy. Finally, its ability to connect to other cloud platforms like AWS, Jira, and Microsoft are terrific!

We use Controllo for ISO 27701 compliance, and I really appreciate their module-wise bundle. It means we get all the privacy frameworks in one place, which is especially important for us because we’re also planning to pursue GDPR compliance soon. The privacy module includes features like ROPA, a PIA workflow, a canvas for creating Data Flows, and PII mapping, and it’s all top-notch. My Privacy Head is very happy because now our privacy-related efforts - everything from compliance and risk management to data/PII tracking and collaboration stay within a single platform. Their AI engine also helps by summarizing long policy documents and suggesting actions based on identified gaps, which saves a lot of time and effort. There are many more capabilities in the tool; these are just the highlights that stood out to me. I also haven’t found any other tool in the market with this level of efficiency and features at such a great price point.
