While there are many tools that transcribe / record / analyze meetings (e.g. Gong) and even some that tie back to AI & Chat GPT (e.g. Fireflies), I was looking for something that provides guidance in REAL TIME. The unique thing about Abstrakt for me was that it not only guides the call (from a "playbook perspective"), but from a "push back perspective" - providing unique responses, follow-up questions, etc. that will drive the call. This was the invaluable thing for us. From a management perspective, the tool has allowed us to test different playbooks at a group or even a rep level and then make changes to scripts in real time. Don't like a word that's being used by the reps? Change it and it's what the reps will see next time they're on a call. For us, it's integrated very tightly with Salesloft which was the other key win.

In addition to having objection rebuttals populate on the screen for our reps, it software itself is fairly intuitive once set up, so once reps are accustomed to the layout it's a powerful tool for them. It's integrated with our current tools we utilize fairly seamlessly. Abstrakt's customer support has also been very responsive when we've needed help.
