Flow is workforce management software for planning work shifts. It builds rosters that respect the constraints that actually matter — contracted hours, rest periods, skills, availability, staffing requirements per department — and explains every assignment it makes, so a manager can see why a shift went to one person rather than another. Employee records, skills, absences and attendance live in one place, and published plans reach staff on their phones through the Flow Employee app for Android, where they can check their shifts and request leave. Flow runs on the company's own computers and keeps its data there: no employee information is sent anywhere. Several workstations can plan on the same archive, backups are encrypted and verified nightly, and reading and exporting your data remains possible in every circumstance. Licences are counted in active employees, not in computers, so Flow can be installed on as many machines as the company needs.
