AbschlagPro is invoicing software for small and mid-sized construction and trade businesses. It covers one step, billing construction contracts, and deliberately leaves out estimating, accounting and dunning. Progress invoices carry a cumulative table: contract value, previous progress invoices, this progress invoice, new total. Before an invoice is issued, the software warns if the total exceeds the contract. It imports items from the bill of quantities from GAEB, Excel or CSV and bills each item by target, previous and new quantity. Change orders are tracked with a status, retentions with a due date, release or waiver. For cash discount (Skonto) with retention, the software calculates the base amount without the retention. Every invoice is created as ZUGFeRD (PDF/A-3b) or XRechnung 3.0 and checked with veraPDF and Mustang before it is issued. Also included: partial final invoices, Leitweg-ID, an export for the tax advisor (DATEV, beta) and multiple users with roles. You download the finished invoice and send it yourself.
