Todah is bookkeeping and invoicing software made in Calgary for Canadian small businesses that keep their own books. Send quotes and invoices with your logo and colours, and let clients pay by card from the invoice. Card payments cost 2.9% + 60¢ per payment, with no extra percentage on top. Reminders go out automatically. Bills and receipts can be read from a photo. Import bank statements on any plan, or connect bank feeds on Business. Match each bank line to the invoice or bill it settles, including one deposit against several invoices. Reports cover profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and a sales-tax summary. Business adds cash flow, ageing and a GST/HST return laid out by CRA line (101, 103, 106, 109), with a full Excel export. Data is stored in Canada.
