PollsLive is a live audience-response tool for meetings, classrooms, training sessions, town halls and conferences. The presenter writes questions in a browser-based Studio, puts a six-digit join code or QR on the screen, and everyone in the room answers from their own phone. There is no app for the audience, no account, and no add-in for PowerPoint, Zoom or Teams, so there is usually nothing for IT to approve.
Question types include multiple choice polls, live quizzes with leaderboards, open-text Q&A with optional moderation and approval, word clouds, and a prize draw that picks a winner on the big screen from everyone who joined, answered or scored highest. The same deck can run live or be sent as a link people answer in their own time. Pulse AI drafts a deck from a topic, and every word stays editable.
Every live session comes with three links: a phone remote so the presenter can leave the laptop, a display link for the projector or AV team, and a moderator link so a colleague can approve questions while the host presents.
Plans: Free (3 polls, 50 people live, 3 live sessions a month, no card), Pro at $9 per presenter per month or $96 a year (unlimited polls, rooms of 100, CSV and PDF export, lead capture, webhooks and a developer API), and a one-time Event Pass from $19 that lifts a single event to 300, 1,000 or 1,500 live attendees with moderated Q&A and sponsor logo.
Votes are anonymous by default, no raw IP is stored in vote records, and core data is hosted in the EU. PollsLive is built by A Plus Apps in the Netherlands.
