I’m a new audiobook narrator, and AudLit has made the process so easy. It solved all the problems I had trying to learn Audacity. I love having a scrolling teleprompter to read from; when I make a mistake, I hit Enter, go back, and start over, and AudLit puts the takes together for me. It makes recording an audiobook absolutely simple. Punch and roll is super simple to use, and the words appear on the waveform, so I don’t have to search for clicks, slaps, or bonks to find where to make corrections. I can go back and complete just a sentence or a whole paragraph, and cleanup is much simpler. I chose AudLit over Audacity because it made my life so much easier, and there was nothing about it that made me not want to use it. Setup was very easy: I downloaded the script my author sent and put it into AudLit’s structure, and I had my entire project completed in 13 days. When I ran into problems, I emailed Hugh, the creator, and he helped me solve them all.

I enjoyed how easy it was to follow my producer Hugh Sung with the corrections and the fixes although I wish that the sections themselves were numbered but overall it was a good experience
