Booklio.ai is a reservation system for restaurants, bars, clubs and cafés. Free times are calculated from real table occupancy, including combined tables, so the booking widget only offers tables the venue actually has. Requests that meet the venue's rules are confirmed within seconds; the rest wait for staff on an iPad admin that rings for every new booking. Guests get texts or emails in Czech, English or German, with reminders and one-tap cancellation. Staff mark arrivals and no-shows, and repeat no-shows are flagged. Owners see bookings by channel, where guests come from and website traffic without cookies, plus a Monday summary by email. Guests can also book through Claude and ChatGPT via Booklio's own MCP server, under the same rules as the website. Add-ons cover Google and TripAdvisor reviews with reply drafts by Claude, events and invitations, gift cards and partner links. The core and all add-ons cost nothing per month; venues pay only for text messages and drafts by Claude. Built and run daily at James Dean Prague.
