MyAgent is a web-based operations system for companies with staff working in the field, such as construction and assembly firms, staffing agencies and field-service businesses. It covers workers and crews, time tracking with GPS clock-in, client approval of hours, jobs and projects, contacts and sales, documents and e-signatures, e-mail, calendar and invoicing. Clients approve hours, sign documents and fill in forms in their own browser portal. An optional AI assistant, which can also be used by voice, answers questions about the company's data and prepares changes for a user to review and apply. It is available in multiple languages and hosted in the EU.
