CellaPOS is an Italian web platform for workplace health and safety compliance under Legislative Decree 81/2008. Construction companies, tradespeople, safety officers (RSPP), site safety coordinators (CSE) and consulting firms use it to draft the mandatory safety documents: the POS (site-specific Operational Safety Plan), the DVR (Risk Assessment Document) and the PIMUS (scaffolding assembly, use and dismantling plan). A guided step-by-step editor collects company, staff, equipment and work-phase data and reuses it across documents. An AI assistant proposes risks and preventive measures by searching an indexed corpus of Italian regulations, INAIL guidelines and 235 machine and equipment data sheets, and shows the cited source next to each suggestion. Every document stays editable and requires explicit human review before export to PDF (and Word for the DVR). The DVR module includes 10 calculators for specific risks: noise, vibration, work-related stress, manual handling, chemical, carcinogenic, biological, asbestos, artificial optical radiation and fire. CellaPOS also offers a deadline tracker with email alerts for training, medical examinations, DURC and equipment inspections, company records management, and monitoring of the construction credit licence (Patente a Crediti).
