CruiseControl is a maritime workforce operations platform that runs the entire crew lifecycle in one system: crew records, certifications, training, scheduling, compliance and shipboard operations, across vessel and shore. Unlike general workforce tools, CruiseControl is built for maritime conditions. It operates offline-first for shipboard use and reconciles with shore when connectivity returns, and it captures the evidence STCW, MLC and ISM audits and port state control inspections actually ask for as work happens, rather than reconstructing it before a deadline. Every module runs under one subscription: recruitment, onboarding, learning management, career navigation, performance reviews, surveys, corrective actions, recognition, communication, document management, form builder, workflow automation, time tracking, calendar and scheduling, and alerts. Enterprise deployments include single sign-on, two-factor authentication, role-based access control, SCIM provisioning, per-operator data isolation, full audit trails, an SLA and a dedicated success manager. It integrates with the identity providers, HRIS, payroll, maritime crewing systems and BI tools operators already run, through APIs, webhooks or managed exports.
