Tempbench is a CRM for UK temp and staffing agencies. It is built for desks of roughly one to ten people who fill shifts by phone in driving, care, warehouse and industrial, hospitality and cleaning work. Every candidate has a weekly availability strip showing free, booked or off for each day, so you can see who is free before you pick up the phone. The ring round gives you a weekly call list of everyone not yet checked, and you record their days as you talk. Sentence search reads the way you would say it, such as van drivers within 10 miles of WN1, free Monday to Friday, with ADR, and a map shows candidates and client sites together. Clients have their sites, contacts, and the dates terms of business were signed and rates agreed. Jobs carry pay and charge rates, the margin per hour, shift days and times and headcount. The week planner shows jobs down the side and days across, blocks double bookings, Do not use and days off, and warns about expired documents and a seventh day in a row. Documents such as right to work, driving licence, Driver CPC, DBS and FLT certificates carry expiry dates with warnings 30 days ahead. Tempbench runs in the browser on computers and phones, with nothing to install. Import candidates from a CSV with column matching, and an owner can export everything as a ZIP of CSV files at any time. What it does not do today: texting or SMS, timesheets, payroll or pay and bill, invoicing, a candidate app, job board posting or integrations. Pricing is on the page: £12.99 per seat per month plus VAT, or £129.90 per seat per year. Every feature is on every seat. There is a 30-day free trial with no card needed, and monthly plans cancel any time. Tempbench is made by Mako Digital, a web studio in Wigan, the trading name of 24K Solutions Ltd.
