We noticed that few small and medium-sized businesses were making the switch to database-driven omni-channel solutions as enterprise firms started to do so due to the necessary expertise, expense, and time. We set out to offer these same solutions to non-enterprise businesses in order to enable them to profit from this shift in digital marketing as well after realising this digital divide.
