Corply lets founders form and run a Delaware C-corp from an AI agent. Founders connect Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client to Corply's MCP server and ask in plain English: "incorporate my startup", "show me our cap table", "make Sam our CFO", "authorize 5M more shares", "file our Delaware annual report", "register us in Texas", "invoice Acme $12,000".
Corply drafts the formation and corporate documents, collects cofounder e-signatures, keeps the cap table and company records current, prepares the EIN and founder stock, and routes state filings, which a person reviews before they are submitted. Each change goes through the board and stockholder approvals it needs, and the people affected sign their own documents. Companies formed elsewhere can import their documents and cap table.
The ongoing plan includes company and ownership updates, a registered agent, a virtual mailbox, a business phone number and a .com domain. Corply Pay lets the company send invoices and get paid.
