What I like most is how easy the platform is to use, along with the wide range of features it offers. Since implementing the virtual agent, we’ve been able to capture all incoming calls more efficiently and avoid missing calls from clients, which has had a very positive impact on our customer service.

The virtual agent has also helped us save time, reduce operational costs, and improve overall productivity. We really appreciate that we can continuously feed the agent new information and that it keeps learning and improving over time. As a result, we’re able to provide faster, more consistent, and more efficient support to our clients.

We’ve also especially valued the communication and support from the developers from the very beginning. Their involvement and responsiveness have made the implementation process smooth, collaborative, and easy to manage.

So far, we honestly haven’t experienced any major downsides with Walaw. From the beginning, the platform has been reliable, and we haven’t run into any significant issues. On the rare occasions we’ve had a technical question or a small problem, the team’s feedback and support have been extremely fast and genuinely helpful.

Overall, our experience has been very positive, both in day-to-day use and when looking at it from a medium- to long-term perspective.

Walaw has helped us address one of the biggest challenges in a clinic setting: missed calls and unanswered requests. Now our clients always have a reliable point of contact with the clinic, whether it’s through a team member or the virtual agent. As a result, we’ve improved accessibility and responsiveness for our clients, and all that without increasing our costs.

The virtual agent can also share helpful information and handle many common questions directly, which cuts down on the follow-up and callbacks our team would otherwise need to make. This saves time and lets our staff focus on more complex tasks.

Another major benefit is how clearly and efficiently messages are organized. When the agent takes a message, the information we receive through our other integrated platform is thorough, well categorized, and easy to review, making communication and internal follow-up much more efficient overall.

Walaw is user friendly - the platform is easy to navigate and straightforward - especially for those who are less technological!

**O que você não gosta em Walaw?**

One downside is that the robot can occasionally misunderstand callers or struggle with accents or when there is noisy backgrounds. In some instances customers still prefer to speak to a human, so a human follow-up is still important.
