I like how Tuskr keeps the testing workflow organized without making the process feel too complicated. The structure for test cases, test runs, and execution status is easy to follow, making it clear what has been tested, what failed, and what still needs attention. I also appreciate how easy it is to review testing progress at a glance, quickly understanding which areas are stable and which need fixes. The initial setup was also fairly straightforward, especially for basic test case creation and test run management. The interface is easy enough to understand, so it doesn't take much time to get started with a small project.

One area that could be improved is reporting and customization. Tuskr is useful for organizing test cases and test runs, but when working with larger test suites, I sometimes feel the report could be more flexible. It would be helpful to have more options to filter, group, and present results based on project needs. For reporting, I think Tuskr could improve by offering more flexible dashboards and export options. For customization, it would help if teams could create more custom fields, statuses, templates, and workflows based on their own QA process.

What I like most about Tuskr is how simple and well-structured it feels compared to using spreadsheets. It makes it easy to organize test cases in a clear, consistent way, and the interface is straightforward enough for the whole team to use with little to no training. I also appreciate the integrations with tools like Jira, which help collaboration run more smoothly between QA and development.

The reporting features could be more flexible, particularly when it comes to building custom dashboards. Also, when I’m working with larger test suites, performance can slow down a bit. It’s not a major issue overall, but it’s an area that could definitely be improved.

The Tuskr feature I’ve found most useful is its approach to test case reusability, which also makes regression testing much simpler. With regular use, I’ve seen that once a test case is created, it can be reused easily across different test runs and even across projects. This removes the need to recreate the same test cases over and over, which saves a significant amount of time.

This is especially valuable during regression testing, where having structured, pre-existing test cases means they can be executed quickly and consistently. On top of that, Tuskr’s interface makes it straightforward to organize, update, and maintain test cases, which helps keep the overall testing process efficient over the long term.

Although the reusability feature is excellent, it’s important to set up a clear structure from the beginning so it can be managed effectively. If test cases aren’t categorized properly early on, reusing them later can become challenging and time-consuming. Also, new users may need a bit of time to understand some of the more advanced features.

Tuskr has largely solved the biggest challenge I faced: repetitive test case creation and inefficient regression testing. As a result, the testing process moves along more quickly, stays more consistent from cycle to cycle, and makes it easier to maintain overall product quality.

What I like best about Tuskr is how clean and distraction free the interface feels, especially compared to most test management tools that tends to be cluttered and overwhelming.
As a UI/UX person, I immediately noticed how thoughtful the layout is structured, everything from test cases to runs and reports is logically grouped, so you are not hunting around for basic actions.

What I dislike about Tuskr is mostly around the edges where you start pushing beyond basic workflows.
While the simplicity is a strength, it can also feel limiting. As you test cases grow more complex, the customization options aren't as flexible as I'd like.
The UI, although clean, sometimes hides functionality a little too well.
