TCP has been amazing to work with. The implementation team has gone above and beyond to help with our implementation. They have been very patient with our lack of knowledge and always willing to give advice. The incredibly large amount of features this program can be overwhelming. Support has been quick to respond and always on point. We have about 600 employees on TCP at this time and are getting ready to bring on another 200 but we are comfortable when we roll it out due to the tremendous support from the implementation team. The only negative I would say about TCP is the support ticket system. I find it difficult when I have multiple cases open to keep them straight through email. The ticket numbers are not on the email and there is not a support portal where I can review them.
