
It was feature rich , decent UI, but could have been improved , It had the most amount of integrations for the Australian business but they did not always worked right.... The perfromance well there were lots of bugs, disappeared saved phone conversations , constantly having to ask main admin to dig deep into ServiceM8 to recover stuff that should have never disappeared in the first place. The pricing , well I remember the CEO saying they were paying a lot for it, and they didn't had options to use other platforms since they had the best integrations but , overall the platform was buggy and slow. It was relatively easy to get setup with it . The AI is constantly improving and the transcription were decent enough but it didn't had mind-blowing features which made the workflow easier just basic AI put in there. As I already said , lots of bugs, disappearing phone conversations , the UI could have been improved It look like its designed back in 2002 , its not a solid platform , constant long loading screens , refresh and quitting the app 20 times a day to make it ( faster ) ..
