We’ve been using Printful for about eight months now, mostly for branded company swag like t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs that we hand out at job sites and industry events. For a procurement person, the best part is how hands-off the actual fulfillment is. I don’t have to manage a warehouse full of extra large t-shirts that nobody wants. The integration with our Shopify backend was smooth enough that our marketing guy set it up without needing me to hold his hand, which is rare. I also appreciate that they have a facility in Barcelona. Since we have some suppliers in Europe, knowing there’s a hub over there makes me feel better about shipping times internationally, although that hasn’t always worked out perfectly. The white-label packaging is actually pretty good, too. It looks professional, and the recipients usually have no idea a third party printed the stuff. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
My main gripe is the inconsistency in fulfillment speeds. When we are planning a project launch or a safety milestone celebration, I need those hats and jackets to arrive on a specific date. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
