Some clients like us to write everything line by line, others like milestone payments. It would be much easier if they enter the line items and we complete. And I wish there was a better integrated way to sign waivers inside GCpay (via Docusign) or something. And sometimes I wish there was a quick chat support or at least an email contact from our client to reach out to. I appreciate not having to manually create the pay applications, print everything, go get a signature, just to re-upload all the documents and send them out. There are no surprises as the customer approves your billing line items before you actually bill, and they submit their approval after you invoice, so you aren't still guessing if there were issues with your draw months down the line. I'd rather be able to upload my notary stamp and e-sign/stamp right in GCPay rather than print and physically sign or have to connect to an outside notary. I think the supplier waiver system could be a little better as well.
