after recording your audio, record a blank and select that part then go to effects and from there to noise reduction and click on get noise profile and after that select all of your clip by pressing ctrl + a and then again  go to effect and then noise reduction make sure to select reduce noise from the option given and now press ok 
there you go that`s how you do noise reduction in audacity :)

Sob o menu "Effect" há uma ferramenta de "Remoção de Ruído". Selecione isso, depois amostre uma parte do perfil de som que você deseja remover. Você pode ouvir uma amostra de como soará após a remoção para garantir que tenha o efeito desejado.
