**What do you like best about Zyvo?**

There is a great sense of ease when using the Zygo platform with regards to addressing issues and getting questions answered that relate to improvement and staff. It does show a great way to communicate with a given propsect or customer in addition to coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Zyvo?**

There was at times a weak connection with the feedback going to the appropriate person. It also time consuming to complete feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering Zyvo:**

Do the research and use the support offered if faced with questions, confusion, or challenges. I think with time it will get better.

**What problems is Zyvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through use of the platform the company was able to provide a structured tool giving positive reinforcement or enabling the delivery of feedback related to specific areas.
