What do you like best about Lumiform?

Lumiform was easy and fast to set up (especially with the help of Max, thank youu) and effectively was a value add 24h after initial login. The forms are mega easy to adjust to the respective purpose and zero friciton, which meant the team adopted the tool in no time. We are working with the API integration so our engineers were extremely pleased to have clear boundary conditions to work with rather than implementing workaround after workaround. The support from the lumiform team was outstanding from the start, so whenever there were any challenges (mostly on our part :) they were quickly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumiform?

What do you like best about Lumiform?

What I like most is that we're able to easily develop new and dynamic checklists for different parts of our processes.

With Lumiform we are enabled to create checklists that "react" to previuóus answers so that our employees don't have to fill in unneeded information and the protocol guides them towards the really important points.

Another advantage is that our employees can add photos to different questions and that we can start the follow-up process in our company directly via API (no manual work needed here).

One last point is that it's so easy to use, that the training affort is so minimal, that we could do it with a simple 30 min. video training for all our employees.

Overall Lumiform saves us time and accelerates our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumiform?

Took some time to set up customized checklists fitting to our tasks, but the Lumiform team was very helpful and friendly in supporting us, so that's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the application has been successful in making information gathering effective, fast and easy to implement.

What do you like best about Lumiform?

The process was super easy to implement. After a short onboarding of the staff, we were able to quickly create an acceptance for the new tool in the entire maintenance team. That is not easy in a medium-sized company that has grown over 100 years. We were also able to test the tool with our system without any risk in terms of investment. That was also great. We first of all had to set up our own process. This took time but it was worth it for the company. Older employees had problems with this new digital tool because we did the process before in an analogue way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
