What do you like best about Lumiform?

I appreciate that I can adjust the protocols in such a way that vulnerabilities in the daily workflow can be corrected and improved immediately without much effort. It makes life easier when I notice at a client's site that an important aspect is missing in the standard protocol, and I can then add changes like the photo and scan function for all subsequent protocols. Additionally, Lumiform allows for the optimization of processes and the shortening of the workday. The setup was very easy for me because I saw parallels to my experience in web server programming. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lumiform on the iPad and iPhone because it offers a high level of customizability, which I missed in other applications like KEVOX. What do you dislike about Lumiform?

I sometimes wish I could manually correct the order of my inspections. When I have completed an inspection and the inspection order does not match the numbering of the fire extinguishers, it would be helpful to be able to adjust the data for the final inspection report accordingly. Additionally, I would wish for the information scanned via QR code to be better formatted and for there to be an option to format QR data afterwards. There are sometimes difficulties with file uploads, especially when there are a lot of images involved, the upload often fails, which is not ideal. Unfortunately, a real digital legally binding signature is missing, as the customer's signature, which is simply stored as a photo, is not legally compliant in case of doubt. What do you like best about Lumiform?

I like Lumiform because it allows me to easily find forms and submit them fast and efficiently. The easy layout is really beneficial because my job is time-pressured and being able to access and fill out forms so effortlessly without added stress helps a lot. What do you dislike about Lumiform?

On your point about a failed submission after losing signal: any form completed offline is automatically saved in your outbox, and it's submitted safely as soon as you're back online, so nothing needs to be redone manually. What do you like best about Lumiform?

I like how Lumiform keeps me updated on everything I do, which keeps my work well-organized. It also helps me know which locations I've visited, making it easier to remember the buildings. Finding the location of a building I’ve visited but can’t recall is easy with the app. The initial setup of Lumiform was very easy, and overall, I find the Lumiform app amazing. What do you dislike about Lumiform?

I don't like that I cannot select more than one picture at a time. It's difficult having to press each picture individually, like when you need to upload several photos, you have to keep selecting and posting one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lumiform?

I like that Lumiform is easy to use, and it's very readable and self-explanatory. It's straightforward to navigate, which makes it convenient for my team to access forms. I love that it's all in one place, and we can keep everything up-to-date and live without the hassle of managing separate links. I like the easy handling of Lumiform and the straightforward creation of checklists, which also makes it easier to teach others how to use it.
