The biggest challenge at the moment is that if you use other marketing automation or CRM tools, you will have to integrate using some integration tools as they are still working on out of the box connectors. The Scheduling of emails/social posts allows us to be consistent with our content. The easy to use CRM helps us keep on top of new leads coming in and who we should be talking to. The content calender is a very good tool for a small company like us. Myself as marketing executive will update this calendar monthly and will create the content whenever I can and have it approved. The automated marketing journeys is the most useful tool I have used so far, this has allowed us to nurture all of our contacts and let us figure out who is hot/cold. There is no real issues I would have with Zymplify, it is all easy to use and if you have any questions or need support their team is always on hand to assist you.
