Zymbler is an AI agent for businesses that get customer enquiries on WhatsApp. The business describes what it sells, which questions to ask, when to hand over and what tone to use, and Zymbler builds an agent that replies to customers in their language, day and night. While chatting, the agent records each customer's details (what they want, dates, budget, location, group size), gives each lead a score from 0 to 100 and a stage, and shows which details have not been asked yet. It only quotes prices the business has entered. A shared team inbox shows every WhatsApp chat. Team members can take over a chat in one click and hand it back to the agent, and get an email when a lead is ready or the agent hands a chat over. Other features: broadcasts with Meta-approved templates to imported contacts (with opt-out handling), multiple WhatsApp numbers with a separate agent for each, a library of photos and brochures to share, quick replies, and Facebook and Instagram lead ads integration. Where Meta allows it, businesses can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. Zymbler is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees to the business directly. Plans start at $39 (₹2,999) a month.
