Honestly, having all our renewals in one place is a game changer. No more hunting through inboxes or spreadsheets trying to figure out what's renewing when — it's all right there. Contract tracking is solid too. Getting contracts in is way easier than I expected — you can either use the AI upload feature or just hand it off to the concierge and let them handle it. Either way, your data actually stays up to date via watching dashboards and reports, which is the part that usually breaks down with these tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zylo? I am still looking for some functionality to pull license costs per person/department in a more complete fashion, we are close with some workaround but I can't quite allocate license costs per department yet in the way I want to allow finance to issue charge backs. The renewal alerts are huge for catching renewals before its too late. The dashboards are great, they provide an easy-to-read and consolidated view of spend and contracts. They also have a good list of connectors/integrations that can auto-ingest data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zylo? Performance and onboarding are the first issue. It took over a year to get our data into Zylo and kept up-to-date. They ended up offering a managed service for it (paid of course). Pricing and contracts is another issue. Much of their product isn't needed anymore if you have ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise. Both tools can connect to your sources and interact with your data much easier and cleaner than Zylo. Price is too high for what they have to offer. The contract is the worst part. They build in a 90 day required written notice to terminate your Zylo contract. We were short by a few days and they were unwilling to accommodate, forcing us to pay for another year even though the system was no longer in use. No grace or professionalism. Not the kind of people I like to do business with, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of understanding, professionalism, and support ensured I will never do business with them again. If you choose to use Zylo, review your contract closely. And be warned, they are helpful while using the product but if you ever decide to leave them, you get the dark side of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Zylo hasn't overstacked it's application. It's done a great job of focusing on the specific need of the customer. It's has a nice UI, a good team and easy to get support. Zylo is the tool I use to manage software usage at my company. I can manage licenses, expenses, and ownership of contracts, big and small. Zylo assists me in efficiently managing software renewals with data-backed insights, resulting in the most favorable contracts year after year. Integrations, workflows, and benchmark prices are easily accessible and save me time each week. I think the only limitation is that some applications don't have benchmark data available yet - however, they add new ones all the time. This can be very useful when negotiating contract renewals. Zylo is an excellent tool that helps me manage a large and continuously expanding software stack. With its user-friendly dashboards and insightful reports, I can easily communicate the data to the company's leadership team, enabling them to make well-informed decisions about our SAAS footprint. They provide visibility into all of our SaaS applications. Their benchmarks/consultant helps us save money and stay on top of renewals. Sometimes information is incorrect, although in our particular case, we are a complex company with many dynamics, making it a challenge to keep up with even with great integration. Mainly we have had many M&As; not only do they adapt/overcome, but I can also look at payments and get pertinent info about a renewal coming up that we didn't know about. As mentioned, they help us detect new applications needing proper approval within our organization. Zylo helps with seeing cost centers and where you can consolidate one/two tools with the same functionality instead of having ten. I love that Zylo gives me quick access to all our SaaS tools, spending, contracts, and who owns what. The recent addition of the cost-saving module that allows us to track the effort we are making internally to reduce cost has made a difference too. Customizable dashboards make creating views from different audiences easy, so everyone has the information they need to make SaaS decisions. When the time comes for renewal, we look at all these items to determine if we look for a new solution or renew the existing one. Zylo has allowed our organization to see immediate ROI in our investment within benchmarking data. In addition, the easy UI allows our teams to view data as granular or high-level data as we want to go. The reporting available on day one is groundbreaking and does not compare to any other tool I've used in my tenure. Zylo has allowed us to eliminate wasted time on old-school procurement practices, build mature procedures around their application, and understand our tech stack at a whole different level. In addition to the fantastic capabilities Zylo's products have to offer, there is something to be said about the level of services offered. Zylo exemplifies what customer service means; at every phase and with every Zylo rep I've interacted with, I have felt supported and heard, and they have undoubtedly been monstemenal to the success of our goals. It enables a level of confidence to our teams who are requesting discounts or fair market pricing. The Zylo application allows for visibility into the tech stack and shadow IT, in return it helps maintain compliance to onboarding practices. With easy reporting we can tackle the renewals ahead of time, prepare for such conversations, and maintain clean records for our contract management practices. Zylo allows for a singular interface to pull in all of our spend data for software. I can get notifications when new software is expensed, which allows me to keep a tight grip on software spend. Data filtering can sometimes be hard to use, but it's easy to download reports and manipulate the CSV. Also, I wish there was just a bit more customization with the way that workflow emails are sent out. Some users thing the emails are a phishing attempt, so my responses are sometimes limited. It's familiar with software apps, so it groups them together by apps and vendors. It helps identify opportunities for consolidation.
