What problems is ZyLAB ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?

The amount of time needed to handle a public records request has gone down drastically. Especially big requests where we need to look through gigabytes of information can be handled quickly and efficiently by making use of the ZyLAB eDiscovery software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZyLAB ONE?

I think the program is very easy to use and you don't have to be an IT-expert to understand the program. It definitely is a useful program for legal research, because you don't have to research every document by hand. I will definitely use this program again when I get the chance. Some new features are not yet in the user interface but already available from technical standpoint. But the bi weekly builds are making up for this and Zylab is rapidly moving and catching up with the competition on data analytics features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zylab provides our core eDiscovery tooling. On the new Azure platform working with the tooling is a breeze. Easy do it yourself uploading of data and with the new B2C concept we as customer can have full control over our cases. New technology and features are implemented on a frequent basis. What do you like best about ZyLAB ONE?

We need a solution that is intuitive and one which end users are comfortable with who can also can get up to speed on quickly. The ability to manage any investigation end to end give our client the assurance that their data is being processed once and not multiple times.

Furthermore, redaction functionality is improving all the time with ZyLAB One and for SARs, FOIs and discovery this a real practical problem our clients and ZyLAB One lifts the burden dramatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZyLAB ONE?

ZyLAB ONE is very easy to use eDiscovery software. It allows our organization to respond to eDiscovery requests much faster and more cost effective than we could do in the past.
