I think the program is very easy to use and you don't have to be an IT-expert to understand the program. It definitely is a useful program for legal research, because you don't have to research every document by hand. I will definitely use this program again when I get the chance. Some new features are not yet in the user interface but already available from technical standpoint. Easy do it yourself uploading of data and with the new B2C concept we as customer can have full control over our cases. New technology and features are implemented on a frequent basis. We need a solution that is intuitive and one which end users are comfortable with who can also can get up to speed on quickly. The ability to manage any investigation end to end give our client the assurance that their data is being processed once and not multiple times. Furthermore, redaction functionality is improving all the time with ZyLAB One and for SARs, FOIs and discovery this a real practical problem our clients and ZyLAB One lifts the burden dramatically.
