There are many details that have been overlooked by the creators of Zycus that diminish the overall value that Zycus can bring to an organization.

Here are some examples:

Zycus does not currently provide the ability to run reports based on the manufacturer and manufacturer part number fields.

it's very rigid; you can't upload your own suppliers into iSource, you have to either pay or hand enter them. You can't widen columns so only the first few characters appear (although there's much more space). You can't even graph savings % unless you hand calculate it and enter it as a value in a custom field. Our Implementation and support teams are 100% offshore. We were told it was 'highly configurable' but we hadn't realized they're the only ones who can configure it, and 'highly' is a relative term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamless application that enables user to track and monitor bids. Excellent spend analytic that enables crucial and critical decision making. ( Budgeting,forecasting and saving metrics) . Easy to use catalogue management , contract management tool . Excellent end to end procure to pay solution . A great application for companies embarking on automation. Makes Vendor management easier.
