The product is very user-friendly and allows you to apply directly to the companies website, and all steps of your application can be tracked, which makes it transparent too. As an ATS tool, It also helps organisations to manage their employee data. The product was so competitive that its owned by Naukri now **What do you dislike about Zwayam?** Searching for a job is a bit tedious as it uses keywords to match the job description, and if the proper job description is not provided (if the report doesn't contain those keywords), it will not show the particular job. Hence description needs to include all essential keywords like technology, functionality etc. **What problems is Zwayam solving and how is that benefiting you?** zwayam plays a key role between an employee and employer. It makes searching for a job very easy, and also it plays a significant role in storing employee data for many prominent organisations ### 2.
