It helps people understand who they are, set a career goal they actually own, and turn it into a plan they follow over time. One method runs through it: KNOW → UNBLOCK → TRANSLATE → GROW. KNOW: a career identity profile that combines Holland RIASEC interests, Big Five personality, experience and curiosities into one picture, not a single label. Explore Paths then suggests career directions from that profile, matched against O\*NET and the local job market. UNBLOCK: behavioural coaching for what stalls people (impostor feelings, indecision, procrastination), plus Council Coach, where three AI advisors debate a career dilemma from different angles. TRANSLATE: a professional story, gap analysis and interview practice, so people can explain their value to employers. Job readiness matching connects students with opportunities posted by employers and the institution. GROW: career goals written and confirmed by the person, broken into a development plan with milestones and concrete missions, with progress tracked over time and a private career journal for reflection. For universities and organisations: - Cohort dashboards, module adoption and learning journeys, with a clear privacy line: institutions see aggregate patterns, personal reflections stay with the person. - AI Readiness assessment campaigns with no account needed, reported at cohort level across six dimensions. - ZVÂC Apply, an admissions extension universities can switch on separately: programme discovery, applications, assessment and enrolment. - Sub-brand / white-label and on-premise options available on request. Every AI insight is labelled as an observation, and the person decides. Available on web and Android, in 9 languages including Arabic and Hebrew with full right-to-left support. Built in the EU, GDPR-compliant.
