Generally I hate creating banners from a creative point of view. What I mostly find "annoying" is that the design and management modules have some quirky UX flaws. There are some bugs in the system. At one point I had buttons missing. It does not work in Safari use Chroome. Tell people that the first frame in the preview shows all your content on top of eash other. It is not there on the final banner. If some problems arise, the customer service team as well as the developers in the backend are extremely helpful and make sure to get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.
