Zush renames files by content and organizes them into folders on Mac and Windows. Use it for mixed batches of PDFs, photos, screenshots, documents, ebooks, audio, video, and design files. AI Folder Sorting (beta) can group files automatically or follow your folder rules. Tell it to group invoices by company or receipts by month, choose a destination, and review the proposed names and folders before applying a manual batch. Build reusable Templates with Naming Blocks, Custom AI Blocks, and folder rules. Import and export Templates to share the setup, and use folder monitoring to process newly arriving supported files automatically. Choose Zush Cloud AI, your own Gemini, OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Claude key, or compatible local models through LM Studio or Ollama. The free starter includes 50 AI renames across all AI modes. PRO removes the limit and is $10/month or $48 one-time on the Zush website. Zush supports 100+ file formats and macOS 15 or later and Windows 10/11. Naming Blocks and Custom AI Blocks help build consistent filenames from dates, counters, metadata, and content. Activity history can restore original filenames.
