**What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Zultys is a great platform not only for Integrated Call Centre functions, but as an overall telephone platform. It takes a lot of the complexity away from setting up a phone solution through to the ICC functions.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

There is some complexity to setting up some of the functions - however through trial and error and through wonderful support these complexities are limited.

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zultys allowed us to have a scalable phone system both for the business as a whole but also for creating a more feature reach call centre experience for not only our customers but also our staff.

**What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

The app for your phone was very helpful for when we all started working from home back in March.  Pretty much able to use all the same features as if you were at your desk at work.  Call using your cell phone, but the number that appears is actually your work number.  I was able to woprk from home without giving out my cell phone number.   When at my desk I love that I am able to just drag and drop the call to another persons line rather than transferring using their extension number.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Hard to figure out on your own, but once we received a training on the system and were shown all the different faetures, it became much ezasier and helpful.  I'm not on the phones all day, so I cant really find anything taht I dislike.  But for what I use the system for I have no issues.  I haven't really heard of any complaints about the system from my co-workers either.

**Recommendations to others considering Zultys Integrated Contact Center:**

I would recommend this system as I have found no issues with using it.  You won't be disappointed if you need a phone system and decide to give Zultys MXIE a try!!

The ability to talk and chat between coworkers is very helpful.  Helps with time management.  I am able to copy and paste a number into the system or click call back rather than typing the number into the phone itself.

**What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

I do like how its always good making outgoing calls to borrowers. Its something very neutral but the call quality works very well. the interface is ok. But overall it gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

I did not like how you had to figure out all of the complicated software. it took me two months to figure out that in order to receive outbound calls you needed to have MXIE pulled up on your dashboard in order for it to work. Anyway that was kinda lame and I didn't know how to access my voicemails. the interface is very hard to work with but we still tried our best in order to get it working. We kept lots of time stats in order to see if it was working or not.

**Recommendations to others considering Zultys Integrated Contact Center:**

Please give it a try. Its very user friendly and there is a very good chance if you do a five minuet training on how to use it when you start then everyone will be able to figure out how to use it and how to be able to get it done. I feel that it is a great resource.

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to communicate really well with customers in order to know exactly what to do. It was so much fun communicating and being able to have a good solid system to rely on. Zultys MXIE for sure wouldn't be my first choice but its listed at a good price and its really nice to work with.

The option to implement as appliance, VM or cloud hosted is great. You can combine these for high availability and multi locations too. The system has every feature you could imagine and has been consistently improved over the years with regular updates. 

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Not much. Maybe the fact that it requires a Windows app to admin, but 100% web based apps and admin are on their roadmap so that won’t be an objection much longer.

Find a reseller you trust to help implement and support it or go with the Zultys hosted and supported product.

MXIE is technically just the name of the end user desktop app. The system can function as a full featured PBX for about any vertical or size of organization.

I like the ability to park calls, and chat with my colleagues. It's a very easy system to learn as well.

The admin console seems really outdated, I feel as if this could be upgraded. Also a bummer that it is not Apple / Mac friendly.

Really take the time to sit down with your IT department or customer mxie customer service to ensure you are using the software to the best of it's abilities.

**What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Our call center has tried unanimously to find a solution to customer service calls, with this action we found the solution Zultys MXIE, a high-end digital telephone softphone, fulfills the function of connecting to the telephone exchange of the company and in turn, according to the tasks assigned to the user profile, they attend a call queue or telephone campaign. In my case as supervisor of telephone camps area, I am in charge of monitoring the incoming calls that are attended by the operators. This tool is quite useful for receiving and making phone calls, as well as parking each call

The only thing I do not like about the tool is the way in which the tool stays connected when receiving calls, the more telephone functions it has, the more synchronization faults between the computer's sofphone will have

If in your company you own a central Zultys, with this tool the calls will be heard more clearly, as well as the telephone attention will be much better. Ensures time, investment and improvement of quality of service through Zultys MXIE

With the implementation of MXIE zultys is a telephone exchange where we host our E1 lines of service providers to make calls, we use the MIXI as a telephone directly on the computer, applying this model MIXI we save the telephone equipment handling the calls through the headphones from our Job positions.

With my years of experience using MIXI from the manufacturer Zultys I have not had any problems in the process of implementing the mixi. It is very simple and effective for the subject of IP telephony covers the necessary ones that the company requests. Service Alo24.

In search of facilitating the work of reception of calls through a softphone, in the important positions like reception of calls and senior executives of the company, we find the most advanced tool of the zultys brand series, having a central zultys the calls became the listed ones because it helps to answer the calls more easily, thanks to their association of integration with the operating system of the machine is interesting that you can manage the way you want. **What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Mxie by Zultys, is an excellent tool for handling calls as a solution for a call center or a service center that involves receiving or making calls. It has a good distribution in terms of the facilities it offers, address book, search for any contact easily and quickly that is registered in the telephone center associated with the application, you can make calls in conference, fax, voice messages , instant messages, association to different devices, VoIP phones, or diadems for calls, any type of headphones with integrated microphone. At the operational level, associate the active user with a specific pool to receive or make calls, thus having several groups according to the type of incoming call associated with the same internal number, using the same label or different labels as required. Supervisory mode very complete, in this way for a supervisor type user, follow up on all the calls of the operators associated to the service, information of received, lost, waiting calls, etc., additional to this intervening in the calls or just listening to the calls in course, in the same way can be associated to a wallboard by means of which the statistics of all the service center can be taken.

Our user service is based on the Zultys platform, using Mxie as a tool for the entire service center for the company, using several pools of services according to the incidence or request received from users.

In the search for a digital telephone tool that is allowed to connect to a power station that contains support for the 24 hours available. The Zultys MXIE solution was found, allows you to connect remotely to a central office and simulates the connection of a telephone extension that allows you to serve as a receiver of calls to execute telephone calls. The tool gives you the option of associating in different ways, in my administration I execute the tool as: internal associate, so that it associates the numbering keys through the screen and to be able to execute the call through a microphone connected to the PC

The only error found in the tool is the factor that in opportunities at the time of hibernation the pc hangs the tool or stops connecting through the main ID. However, the tool in its other functions is useful

Mixi de zultys is a telephone exchange where the IP telephony of the company is configured in which the creation of the users and the extensions are made to make the communications between the extensions. This telephone exchange zultys are implemented in all branches of the company.

In the years of implementing the central zultys we have not had problems for the implementation and configuration since it is an easy interface to configure, we have not had problems when implementing it or managing it. We are very happy with the functionality of the plant.

Mxie is the most compact digital telephone of all the virtual telephony equipment that I have known. Thanks to this tool I can carry out the control of every incoming and outgoing call of the company. In the same way in this daily service as this call center. The administrative part which my person counts with a DID number and additionally comes with a master number of a CPA servic

The only thing I do not want or like about the equipment is that when performing different functions, such as a conference or call transfer, it does not allow to continue working, since the tool hangs. Additionally, it does not show a connection or call error when it is executed, as would a normal desk phone with access to the telephone exchange. Therefore to supervise a call, it would have to be done from the log of the telephone exchange.

I recommend, totally the tool since it allows you to save physical phone costs within the locality for the care of calls

This tool I like because it is literally a phone in the hands of your computer, it is a digitalization of the calls from your telephone exchange. it serves to perform many functions such as a desk or cell phone. Of this tool, I do not like that it sometimes hangs, because of so many configurations per call queue or some call insistence is completely hanging, therefore, I must fully start the whole tool to synchronize all the work, which this gives me to make the calls. Adiocionalmente the tool as graphical interface, they are not showy, like any other computerized Telephone

I like how you can see all the calls that have come in and see what is currently parked.

It is a little difficult to manage the software, even on the computer. I wish it was a little easier to assign calls to people.

Only switch if you have people who are all willing to learn the technology - otherwise you will be stuck with constantly explaining how it works.

It is really easy to access and see my voicemail and the calls that have come in. It is much easier than trying to deal with a phone by itself.

I enjoy how easy the system is to use.  After a brief tutorial you are able to use the system with ease.

It can be overwhelming at first; however once you understand the system it is such a huge time saver.

Ask for a demonstration; the product speaks for itself!

**What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

The best thing about MXIE is that I don't have to have a physical phone taking up room on my desk. It works well for taking and transferring calls. I also like the Buddy feature. I'm probably not using it correctly, but I use it to see if my co-workers are busy on the phone with a customer, or if they are away.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

I dislike the interface especially. When I'm on a call and I need to transfer or hang up, it takes me way too long to locate the T or End Call buttons every time. They are each one of the tiniest buttons in the whole app. I would recommend this app 100% if they would do a redesign of the interface to prioritize features that are more important.

This app is functional for what it is, a soft phone that you can use from your desk with a headset. If you are not bothered by a dated interface with poorly placed buttons, it could be perfect for you, depending on the price. I have no idea how much it costs because I use it for work and it was already purchased for me.

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When dealing with customer support calls, it helps to see the caller ID and the phone number, and also to be able to relate those easily back to the voicemails received. I use this on a daily basis at my job to reference and open tickets in response to voicemails left by customers.

I love that it brings the feeling of AIM up to par with current technology. I can call, message and record all of my communication in the background while I work with ease. There is no searching through caller id and pulling emails as it keeps everything nice and chronologically organized.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

I dislike that sometimes I wonder if its running because it isn't always necessarily in your vision but that is more proof to show how great the program is. Even when we wonder about if its running, it always turns out to be so sometimes its so discrete you forget its there.

Just give it a try. You never know until you try and the thing is with mxie is that you will never be disappointed once you give it a shot.

Internal communication amongst colleagues as well as recorded external communication. Its great for helping me stay on task and ensuring that I am completing all the goals I have set for myself.

Zultys MXIE allows you to take your phone with you everywhere.  From a Softphone on your PC or Mac, a Mobile app on the go along with working with hard phones for your office.  It is a full featured cloud phone system.

The software feels a bit outdated than some of the other systems I've used.  Thought it does have the features I need.

Compare it with what you currently have and see if it meets your needs.

I don't need to think about running phone calls as they get put through the queue. The post-call cool down period is also absolutely essential given large call volumes.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Its a little difficult to get used to in terms of the different windows and fields that are available but this is a minor issue.

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, the cool-down period is a huge benefit to using MXIE since it gives enough time to finish a task before moving to the next call.

It is simple to use. Not too many commands for one to utilize all the software has to offer. 

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

Not a lot of support from Zultys. I find most of it online. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zultys Integrated Contact Center:**

You do not need telecom certifications for it

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use the digital fax it offers. This is saving us money on traditional fax lines.

Screen pops display of incoming caller information. Ability to customize your dashboard.

Does not currently store/record all calls. It would be nice to pull calls dating back further.

Nothing, overall it's a pretty good system.

Directing calls to the right department, keeping track of phone calls & voicemails.

That it's easy to connect to my desk phone and LOVE that I can set up a quick shortcut key to make a call from my keyboard.

**What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?**

It can be a little confusing to set up voicemail rules from MXIE, but other than that N/A

**What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super friendly features for everyday phone use, easy to track voicemails and total calls. The chat feature makes it easy to discuss things that pop up when on a call with a customer.

I LOVE that MXIE has Instant Messaging with other users within the company.

I really dislike how quirky it is...it could be our phone systems but we experience a lot of dropped calls and I know we were looking to use another system because of it.

WE use MXIE for our outbound/inbound calls

I like that I’m able to to back and look at all the calls, incoming as well as going .

I don’t think there is anything I dislike about this app.

Sometimes we have old stablished pt’s with an old tel # in their chart, this serves as form of color ID to verified new telephone #

Relatively easy to administer, and reliability always seemed to be very stable and consistent.

Not much with regards to extra features.

Find another telephony solution. You'll happier doing so.

The instant messaging and the way we can forward to a mobile phone

I wish we could save the instant messages to a log to review if needed

None, really, perhaps look for a reseller that you like working with.

We upgraded our old analog phone to a VOIP system, MXIE was part of the package.

Difficult to reset buddies when there is change in staff

i can listen to voice mails over the phone or on PC

It just doesn't seem that  easy to use, on the phone.  Cannot do anything other than check voicemails

I do not think it is as good as our old system, just seems tedious and confusing
