What do you like best about Zulip?

The Best thing about Zulip is its OpenSource software, As a developer, I fill it is the best thing so that it can grow very fast and work on unique ideas by contributors.

What do you dislike about Zulip?

What problems is Zulip solving and how is that benefiting you?
