What do you like best about Zulip?

What do you dislike about Zulip?

User Interface is tedious and navigation is a bid of pain. It never gives notification for newer messages. Sometimes this App crashes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great app. Better than its counterparts like slack. User interface is user friendly and with good support team. It has an ability to provide an easy conversation with multiple peoples. What problems is Zulip solving and how is that benefiting you?
