I attended a marketing conference. First things first, it was a huge surprise for me to see a platform which gives you a great (real) experience. It was not the usual video calls that we do. They helped us set up the event, monitored speakers, and pushed us on and off stage. It provided comfort to those of us who had never done a virtual event and were nervous about the timing and technical issues that may have presented themselves. I liked the user interface and the organizer can easily set up the stage without any hustles. They have a very good customer support team where they helped set up the stage and lobby on time. Zuddl is a very nice platform for online events but I would like to share some of the feedback. 1) It would have been nice if it works on the safari browser. 2) There was no option of viewing live attendee names. 3) It would be helpful if the organizer gets more rights in regards to removing attendees or bringing attendees on stage. What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you? 1) We have resolved the breakout rooms by pre-assigning. 2) It was good to see a stage and we can actually bring the speakers on stage. 3) Videos can be played without any buffering by adding into the zuddl server. 4) In the absence of in-person event we were able to do an online fundraising event with the help of zuddl. I have had my fair share of experience with multiple virtual event spaces especially during the lockdown period, and I personally feel Zuddl is thoughtfully designed to be user friendly.
